Information available online includes each company's identification data (company name, address, NIF (Tax ID)...), trade information (corporate purpose, CNAE, SIC (by its acronym in Spanish [Superintendency of Industry and Commerce])...), summary of financial results (balance sheet and key figures), related management positions (current and historical) and the breakdown of all relevant BORME acts (by its acronym in Spanish [Central Companies Registry Bulletin of Spain]).

Is the information provided by reliable?

Yes. All business data is obtained from official sources such as the Companies Registry of Spain, the Civil Registry or the Registry of Property.

How to find a company or a manager?

Enter the name of the company, the manager or the NIF/NIE (Foreigner's ID No.) number you wish to consult in the search field on our search engine. We will show you the results corresponding to your search.

Why create alerts regarding a company or a manager?

Our free monitoring tool allows you to monitor companies and/or managers and receive notifications in real-time when any relevant change occurs in the data thereof: appointments and revocations, capital increases, publication of annual reports, bylaw amendments, etc.

In this manner you will always be aware of what is going on and be able to make the right decisions.

How to create an alert?

Search for the fact sheet of the company or director of your personal interest and click on the "Monitor" button. From that moment on you will receive all the notifications thereof automatically. And if you want to change your alerts, access your User Area.

How to purchase a report?

It is very simple: locate the company or manager of your personal interest using the search engine and select the report you wish to purchase in the "Reports" tab.

How and when will I receive the purchased reports?

As soon as you complete your purchase, we will send you the acquired reports to the specified email. In most cases it only takes just a few minutes. If there is a large amount of data to be processed, it might take up to 48 hours.

All purchased reports are readily available in your User Area (tab: My downloads and purchases).

What are the accepted payment methods?

You can pay with a Visa or MasterCard credit/debit card, or through your PayPal account or using an Infoempresa voucher.

Is it safe to pay with a card?

Yes. Our service uses a payment gateway that meets all security standards that allow encoding, encryption and sending information in a safe manner, using a secure communication channel (SSL Secure Socket Layer).

And what is an voucher?

It is a payment method that allows you to manage report purchasing more quickly and conveniently. You can buy one of our vouchers and redeem it later for selected products. You thus avoid going through the payment process again whenever you make a purchase.


I created my account, but I have not received an email reply to activate it.

Although the email reply should arrive immediately, wait 5 minutes in case the delivery is delayed. Make sure that the email reply was not sent to the Spam folder. If after 5 minutes a reply is not received, contact us.

I cannot enter my user account.

Check that the email address is correctly written and/or that the password is correct. You can retrieve your password by requesting it via the "Forgot my password" link. If you are still not able to enter, contact us.

My company details are incorrect. How can I change them?

All data shown on is obtained from official sources. If you have found some obsolete data, it might be that the change has not been published yet. If you wish, you can inform us of this change and we will be happy to update the information.

In order to verify the requested change, we require that you attach the following documents to your request:

  • Photocopy of the company's NIF and the copy of the document justifying the requested changes:
  • For making a change in the CNAE: Form 036 in which the IAE activity code (IAE by its acronym in Spanish [Business Activities Tax]) is visible.
  • For changes in the corporate purpose: the company bylaws
  • For changes in BORME data: the corresponding BORME Act

Remember that if the change has not been previously communicated to the appropriate official body, we will not be able to fulfill your request. In this case, we recommend that you communicate this fact directly to such body in order to proceed with the change of information.

I have received a notice that tells me that cannot deliver my purchased reports by email. What does this mean and what should I do?

If you have received this notice, it is because the size of the files you have requested are too large and your email provider does not allow us to send them. In this case, you must access your account and download all documents directly from there. All the reports as well as generated invoices are available at all times in your User Area.

Why does my name appear associated with companies with which I have no relationship? extracts the information from the Central Companies Registry, which in turn has been duly published in the BORME. On no account do we change in any way such information, therefore, the same is substantially reflected the same way as it appears in the aforesaid sources of public access.

Sometimes, it is possible that managers' names can be repeated and an identical name can be associated with several companies. This occurs because by default, neither we nor the Central Companies Registry dispose of identity documents that make it possible to identify individuals who hold an office in a company.

However, if you wish, you can request a simple search information sheet from the corresponding Companies Registry and send it to us at, indicating the contents of your request in order for us to change the data and identify you specifically so as to differentiate you from any other position with your same name.
