What kind of company information does Infoempresa.com offer?
Infoempresa.com offers information on more than 3 million Spanish companies and their administrators/directors. The information available online includes identification data for each company (company name, address, Spanish Tax ID Number - NIF etc.), commercial information (corporate purpose, Spanish National Classification of Economic Activities code - CNAE, SIC etc.), summary of financial results (balance sheet and key figures), related senior managers (current and historical) and a breakdown of all the relevant actions of the Spanish Official Gazette of the Companies Registry (BORME).

Is the information provided by Infoempresa.com reliable?
Yes. All the company information comes from official sources like the Commercial Registry of Spain, Civil Registry or Land Registry.
How do I find a company or director?
Type the name of the company, director or NIF/Foreigner ID document number (NIE) that you want to check in the search field of our search engine. We will display the results of your search.
Why should I create alerts for a company or director?
Our free surveillance tool allows you to monitor companies or/and directors, and receive real-time notifications when there is a relevant change to their information: appointments and repeals, capital increases, publication of annual accounts, statutory changes, etc.
That way you will always be up to date with what is going on so you can make informed decisions.
How do I create an alert?
Find the file for the company or director that interests you and click on the "Watch" button. From then onwards you will receive all notifications automatically. If you want to modify your alerts, access your User Area.
How do I purchase a report?
It's really easy: find the company or the director of interest to you through the search engine and choose the report you want to have in the Reports tab.
How and when will I receive the purchased reports?
As soon as you complete the purchase, we will send you the reports you've purchased by email. In most cases it only takes a few minutes. If the volume of data to be processed is large, the delivery may take up to 48 hours to arrive.
All purchased reports are always available in your User Area (My downloads and purchases tab).
What forms of payment are accepted?
You can pay with a Visa or MasterCard debit/credit card, by PayPal or using Infoempresa credit.
Is it safe to pay by card?
Yes. Our payment gateway meets all security standards which enable the safe encryption/scrambling and sending of information, using a secure communication channel (SSL).
And what is Infoempresa.com credit?
It is a payment method which allows you to manage report purchases more quickly and easily. You can purchase one of our credit options and redeem it later against your chosen products. That way you avoid having to go through the payment process every time you purchase.

I have created my account but I haven't received the activation email.
The email should arrive immediately, but wait 5 minutes in case delivery is delayed. Check that the email hasn't gone into your spam folder. If the email has not arrived within 5 minutes, contact us.
I cannot log in to my user account.
Check that the email address is written correctly and/or the password is correct. You can recover your password by clicking on the Forgotten password link. If you still cannot log in, contact us.
The information on my company is not correct. How can I change it?
All the data that we show on Infoempresa.com comes from official sources. If you have found any data that is out of date, it may be that the change has still not been published. If you want, you can give us the new information, we would be delighted to update the data we have.
To verify the requested change, we need you to attach the following documentation to your request:
- Photocopy of the company NIF and a copy of the document justifying the changes requested:
- To change the CNAE: the 036 form with a visible business activity tax code
- To change the corporate purpose: the constitution script
- To change BORME data: the relevant BORME action
Remember that if the change has not already been communicated to the relevant official organisation, we will not be able to fulfil your request. In this case, we recommend that you contact the organisation directly in order to have the information changed.
I have received a notification that says Infoempresa.com cannot deliver the reports I've purchased to me by email. What does that mean and what do I have to do?
If you have received this notification it is because the files that you have requested are very large and your email provider has prevented us from delivering them. In this case, you must access your Infoempresa.com account and download all the documents directly. Both the reports and the relevant invoices are available at any time from your User Area.
Why does my name appear associated with companies I have no connection with?
Infoempresa.com extracts the information from the Central Commercial Registry and information that has been duly published in the BORME. We do not modify the information in any way, so our information is reflected the same way as it is appears in the aforementioned public access sources.
On occasion, there can be one director with the same name as another so the same name is shown associated with various companies. This can happen because by default neither we nor the Central Commercial Registry have access to any identity documents allowing us to identify individuals with a particular position in a company.
However, if you wish to request an informative note from the relevant Commercial Registry and send it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the content of your request, we can proceed to modify the data and expressly identify you to differentiate you from the rest of the directors with the same name.
