This website is owned by Telecoming Information Services, S.L. (hereinafter the “Company”), a company established in Spain and registered in the Companies Register of Madrid in Volume 31.282, Folio 153, Section 8, Entry M-563072, with the CIF number B-86777117 and registered office located at Torre Europa, Paseo de Castellana, 95, Planta 16º, 28046, Madrid.
1) Registering as a User
In order to complete the purchase of any product offered by the Company, the User must provide the personal information required. As such, the User may only contract and make requests if they are of legal age. If this is not the case, the responsibility for requests made by minors will pass to the minor’s parents or legal guardians.
The Company offers the User a personal registration system using a personalized access key (login) and password so that the User can carry out future purchases.
The User promises to keep the details of their login and password private. The Company is therefore exempt from any responsibility linked to the User’s incorrect or negligent use of these login details and any failure on the User’s part to comply with this obligation to keep these details private.
2) Information about products and services
Infoempresa offers the following products and Subscription plans:
A.- Complete company Report
This report is produced by highly qualified Infoempresa personnel and contains both company details and an advanced financial analysis. The price of a full company Report is (excl. VAT)
B.- Annual Accounts
Users may order a company’s Annual Accounts. The Annual Accounts are the official documents each company files at the Company Register and we send unaltered verbatim copies to our users. The basic PDF form costs (excl. VAT).
C.- Director report
A Director Report is a report on a specific company director. It consists of an extension of the information on that person available on the Internet, including details about the company, or companies, in which he or she holds the position. It is a free report that users can download directly from the web page.
D.- Basic company Report
This report that contains the main identification, legal and financial details of a company. The price of the basic company report is (excl. VAT).
2.2 Subscription plans:
For users that purchase our products on a regular basis, there is the option of a monthly subscription plan.
A.- Basic Subscription Plan:
Subscribing to the Basic plan gives users the right to the following products on a monthly basis:
- 20 Basic company Reports
- 1 Complete company Report
- 1 Annual Accounts
- Unlimited Director Reports
- 10% discount on consultations of the RAI (Unpaid Receivables Registry)
The price of the Basic subscription plan is (excl. VAT)
B.- Business Subscription Plan:
Subscribing to the Business plan gives users the right to the following products on a monthly basis:
- Unlimited basic company Reports
- 5 Complete company Reports
- 5 Annual Accounts
- Unlimited Director Reports
- 15% discount on consultations of the RAI (Unpaid Receivables Registry)
The price of the Business subscription plan is (excl. VAT)
Any additional products required must be acquired separately and at the prices indicated in parapraph 2.1 (Products).
The subscription is renewed automatically. Users may cancel it at any time by entering the User Area and accessing the Subscriptions section. They will retain the right to obtain any products that are still available under the subscription for that paid month.
The products must be used on a monthly basis; any unused products at the end of the month cannot be carried forward into the following months.
Subscription plans are not accumulative with other Infoempresa offers and discounts.
3) Available payment methods and delivery/contract execution delays
Infoempresa accepts payment through PayPal, VISA, Verifiedby VISA and MasterCard and MasterCard SecureCode and Dpay. You can also pay by bank transfer. When placing an order, users will be asked to provide their card details or PayPal account. These details will be used to process the order, but will not, under any circumstances, be stored or handled in any way by Infoempresa. Within a maximum of 2 hours, an email will be sent to the email address provided, containing the product purchased and an invoice for it.
In the event of the payment being made via bank transfer, the order will not be delivered until Infoempresa has received the payment.
Pay with Dpay
We would like to inform you that you can pay with Dpay, either through a mobile contract or a pre-paid SIM card, as long as your payment card has enough balance to make the payment.
If your chosen payment method is Dpay, you can pay as follows (depending on whether you are browsing on your mobile network or on wifi):
- If you are browsing on a mobile data network (3G/4G/5G), Dpay technology will automatically detects it and generate a user ID using your phone number.
If you accept the payment, you will be able to access the content without having to enter any additional information. In this case, you will receive an SMS confirmation confirming the payment information (service provider, total amount, contact information, billing information, etc.). The payment amount will show up on your monthly phone bill.
- If you are on WiFi (from a computer or mobile phone), there is a two-stage payment process. You will have to provide your phone number. Next, you will receive an SMS with your PIN code that you can enter to verify the phone number that you are using to make the payment. You will always receive an SMS confirmation confirming the payment information (service provider, total amount, contact information, billing information, etc.).
If you have already paid before, when you enter the phone number in the “Your mobile phone number” field, Dpay will note that you have paid and unblock the content at no charge.
If the payment could not be made, an error message will be sent to your device. You can find more information on the Dpay payment method at the following link.
There are payments limits. Single payments for more than €50 are not possible. The cumulative limit for multiple payments in a single month is €300.
You allow the mobile operator to provide your mobile phone number to INFOEMPRESA EUROPA S.L. to implement the payment and deliver the electronic ticket.
INFOEMPRESA will only store the following information in relation to the operations carried out through this payment method: phone number.
The content that you, as a client of Vodafone, have selected, is provided by INFOEMPRESA Europa S.L., whose name will be displayed on the payment letter. INFOEMPRESA is responsible for this content. Vodafone will not be liable for any damages that may be derived from using and enjoying the content. In addition, Vodafone will in no event be liable, even indirectly, for products or services provided by other individuals or entities, or for any content, communication, opinion or statement of any kind originating or produced by third parties which can be accessed through Vodafone’s systems.
Vodafone informs you that, to enjoy the content provided by INFOEMPRESA, in some cases you may be able to opt for a single payment or a subscription. In any case, using Vodafone’s payment system, that is, content will be charged to your pre-paid balance or added to your phone bill. To confirm the contract, you just need to press the PAY AND FINALISE button, which will be displayed on each payment page. Your acceptance of the charge will be recorded by Vodafone. The prices of the content include indirect taxes.
If the client wants an invoice for the content they have acquired they should send a request to INFOEMPRESA. Vodafone will only list the content you have acquired and their cost on your Vodafone bill for information purposes.

Vodafone’s Payment Service is part of the VODAFONE VENTAJAS [ADVANTAGES] Program (hereinafter, ADVANTAGES), a service aimed at providing different benefits and advantages to Vodafone customers. Therefore, before contracting the Service, you need to sign up for ADVANTAGES and accept the terms and conditions, which you can access at www.ventajasvodafone.com. If you do not agree with the Service being integrated into the ADVANTAGES framework, you will not be able to use this Service.
For users that access the portal through a 3G connection from their mobile phone:
To buy through “Mobile Payment”, the user must first accept the terms and conditions. Next, the user will have to click on the “pay” button on the payment letter. After the purchase, the user will see the confirmation and receive an SMS confirming the purchase. The price of the service offered by INFOEMPRESA will be displayed in Euros and will change according to the event. For users that access the portal through a Wifi connection:
To buy the service, the user must enter their phone number into the appropriate box and then click on “RECEIVE PIN”. Next, a PIN will be generated and sent to the user, who must enter into the box to complete the purchase process by clicking on PAY AND FINALISE. After this, the user will receive a text message confirming the purchase. The text message will remind the user to check the Terms and Conditions.
In addition, if paying through your mobile operator on the platform operated by DOCOMO Digital (“Mobile Payment), you allow the mobile operator to provide your mobile phone number to INFOEMPRESA EUROPA S.L. to implement the payment and deliver the electronic ticket.
Through Orange Invoice Payments, Orange Espagne, S.A. Single Shareholder Company allows for the payment of services and digital content provided by INFOEMPRESA through Orange billing. This way, Orange clients can acquire Services directly from Providers (in this case, INFOEMPRESA EUROPA S.L.). This will be subject to the Terms and Conditions they establish for the provision of services, and for which the Provider will be responsible who made the sell. However, if the Client chooses to do so, they can pay for third party Services through their Orange bill, in which case they will be subject to the following payment Terms: https://orangepay.orange.es/.../condiciones_legales_pagos_en_factura_orange.
In addition, if paying through your mobile operator on the platform operated by Resonance Tech S.L.U (“Mobile Payment), you allow the mobile operator to provide your mobile phone number to INFOEMPRESA EUROPA S.L. to implement the payment and deliver the electronic ticket.
4) Right to withdraw
The User has no right to withdraw, which constitutes an exception to this right, as mentioned in article 103.a) of the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, enacting the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complimentary laws. Nevertheless, in the event that the User has received a report other than the one requested, mistakenly sent by the Company, they can contact the Company which will rectify the matter as soon as possible.
5) The Company’s responsibilities
Infoempresa, S.L. is under no obligation to verify the information published or provided by Users. If the information provided is found to be incorrect or in any way fraudulent, Infoempresa, S.L. will not be held responsible.
The User agrees that the information supplied by Infoempresa, S.L. is of an illustrative nature and can be used as an additional element for making business decisions, but that it should under no circumstances be used as the sole basis for decision-making. If the information is used in this way, Infoempresa, S.L. not be held liable in any way whatsoever.
This report is exclusively for the internal and private, non-commercial use of the User and must not be reproduced, published or redistributed, in whole or in part, without the expressed consent of Telecoming Information Services, S.L.. The User alone will be responsible for the consequences of such actions, as well as for the safekeeping of the information provided.
6) Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
The rights pertaining to the intellectual and industrial property (including, but not limited to: trademarks, logos, texts, photos, icons, images etc.), as well as the graphic design, source code and other software elements contained in the Website are the property of the Company. They are therefore subject to intellectual and industrial property rights and are protected under Spanish and international legislation.
For this reason, without the prior consent of the Company, Users are not permitted to use, copy, distribute, reproduce, transmit, or manipulate these elements in any way that may be considered in excess of the normal use required for visiting the web site and using the services provided.
Access to the services supplied does not imply the waiver, transfer or assignment by the Company, in whole or in part of its rights pertaining to industrial and intellectual property rights, nor does it imply the attribution of rights for the usage, alteration, use, reproduction, distribution or public communication of this content without the prior and expressed written consent of the respective owners of said rights, notwithstanding the right to see or obtain a secure private copy of such content. The foregoing applies provided that this right is exercised in accordance with the principles of good faith and provided that the intellectual and industrial property rights of the owner of such rights remain unaltered and that it is not used for commercial purposes and instead used exclusively for the personal information of Users.
