This website is owned by Telecoming Information Services, S.L. (hereinafter the “Company”), a company established in Spain and registered in the Company Register of Madrid in Volume 31.282, Folio 153, Section 8, Entry M-563072, with the CIF number B-86777117 and legal address Torre Europa, Paseo de Castellana, 95, Planta 16º, 28046, Madrid.
1) Registering as a User
In order to complete the purchase of any product offered by the Company, the User must provide the personal information required. As such, the User may only contract and make requests if they are of legal age. If this is not the case, the responsibility for requests made by minors will pass to the minor’s parents or legal guardians.
The Company offers the User a personal registration system using a personalized access key (login) and password so that the User can carry out future purchases.
The User promises to keep the details of their login and password private. The Company is therefore exempt from any responsibility linked to the User’s incorrect or negligent use of these login details and any failure on the User’s part to comply with this obligation to keep these details private.
2) Information about products and services
Infoempresa offers the following products and Subscription plans:
A.- Complete company Report
This report is produced by highly qualified Infoempresa personnel and contains both company details and an advanced financial analysis. The price of a full company Report is (VAT not included)
B.- Annual Accounts
Users may order a company’s Annual Accounts. The Annual Accounts are the official documents each company presents to the Company House and we send unaltered verbatim copies to our users. Their price in basic PDF format is (VAT not included). The price of the PDF document with an Excel copy is (VAT not included).
C.- Map of Directors
It is an interactive tool through which the user can view the connections between directors and companies, and the number of positions carried out by a director, in a clear, organised and systematic way. This product is included in both subscription plans (Basic and Business).
D.- Director report
A Director Report is a report on a specific company director. It consists of an extension of the information on that person available on the Internet, including details about the company, or companies, in which he or she holds the position. It is a free report that users can download directly from the web page.
E.- Basic company Report
This report that contains the main identification, legal and financial details of a company. The price of the basic company report is (VAT not included).
F.- International companies reports
The information available through this service comes from the EU Business Register (EBR). It is official information taken from the local commercial registry of each country participating in the EBR; these commercial registries are populated by data provided by the companies themselves. Infoempresa checks the local registry in real time, so that all the information that we provide you with is up-to-date on the date of purchasing the report. Given that the information we obtain is strictly that available at local registries, Inforempresa shall not be liable for the accuracy and/or comprehensiveness of the data, as this information is official in nature and Infoempresa does not alter it in any way. G.- Company comparison
For those users looking to compare the information of several companies at a single glance, we offer two types of comparisons:
- Basic comparison: Free report in which identification details and commercial information of companies are compared.
- Full comparison: Report in which identification details, commercial information and financial information of companies are compared. The price of the full comparison is (VAT not included).
The financial information comparisons are based on the latest financial results presented by each company in the Spanish Companies House. Therefore, if the information provided is found to be incorrect or in any way fraudulent, Infoempresa will not be held responsible.
2.2 Subscription plans
For users that purchase our products on a regular basis, there is the option of a monthly subscription plan. We offer two plans:
A.- Basic Subscription Plan:
Subscribing to the Basic plan gives users the right to the following products on a monthly basis:
- 20 Basic company Reports
- 1 Complete company Report
- 1 Annual Accounts
- Unlimited Director Reports
- Access to the full version of the Map of Directors
- 10% discount on consultations of the RAI (Unpaid Receivables Registry)
- 10% discount on consultations of the ASNEF (Spanish Association of Finance Companies)
The price of the Basic subscription plan is (VAT not included)
B.- Business Subscription Plan:
Subscribing to the Business plan gives users the right to the following products on a monthly basis:
- Unlimited basic company Reports
- 5 Complete company Reports
- 5 Annual Accounts
- Unlimited Director Reports
- Access to the full version of the Map of Directors
- 15% discount on consultations of the RAI (Unpaid Receivables Registry)
- 15% discount on consultations of the ASNEF (Spanish Association of Finance Companies)
The price of the Business subscription plan is (VAT not included)
Any additional products required must be acquired independently and at the prices indicated in point 2.1 (Products).
The subscription is renewed automatically. Users may cancel it at any time by entering the User Area and accessing the Subscriptions section. They will retain the right to obtain any products that are still available under the subscription for that paid month.
The products must be used on a monthly basis; any products unused at the end of the month will not be carried forward into following months.
Subscription plans are not accumulative with other Infoempresa offers and discounts.
3) Available payment methods and delivery/contract execution delays
Infoempresa accepts payment through PayPal, VISA, Verifiedby VISA and MasterCard, MasterCard SecureCode. You can also pay by bank transfer. When placing an order, users will be asked to provide their card details or Paypal account. These details will be used to process the order, but will not, under any circumstances, be stored or handled in any way by Infoempresa. Within a maximum of 2 hours, an email will be sent to the email address provided, containing the product purchased and an invoice for it.
In the event of the payment being made via bank transfer, the order will not be delivered until Infoempresa has received the payment.
4) Right to withdraw
The User has no right to withdraw, which constitutes an exception to this right, as mentioned in article 103.a) of the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, (16 November), enacting the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complimentary laws. Nevertheless, in the event that the User has received a report other than the one requested, sent erroneously by the Company, they can contact the Company who will rectify the matter as soon as possible.
5) The Company’s responsibilities
Infoempresa, S.L. is under no obligation to verify the information published or provided by Users. If the information provided is found to be incorrect or in any way fraudulent, Infoempresa, S.L. will not be held responsible.
Information concerning natural persons only refers to their business position or activity, and must be used exclusively within the framework of the company they represent or to which they provide services. Infoempresa does not offer personal data on any natural person carrying out a role in a company.
The User agrees that the information supplied by Infoempresa, S.L. is of an illustrative nature and can be used as an additional element for making business decisions, but that it should under no circumstances be used as the sole basis for decision-making. If the information is used this way, Infoempresa, S.L. will in no way be held responsible.
This report is exclusively for the internal and private, non-commercial use of the User and must not be reproduced, published or redistributed, in whole or in part, without the expressed consent of Telecoming Information Services, S.L.. The User alone will be responsible for the consequences of such actions, as well as for the safekeeping of the information provided.
6) Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
The rights pertaining to the intellectual and industrial property (including, but not limited to: trademarks, logos, texts, photos, icons, images etc.), as well as the graphic design, source code and other software elements contained in the Website are the property of the Company. They are therefore subject to intellectual and industrial property rights and are protected under Spanish and international legislation.
For this reason, without the prior consent of the Company, Users are not permitted to use, copy, distribute, reproduce, transmit, or manipulate these elements in any way which may be considered in excess of the normal use required for visiting the web site and using the services provided.
Access to the services supplied does not imply that the Company renounces, transfers, or cedes the whole or part of its rights pertaining to industrial and intellectual property, nor does it imply the attribution of rights for the utilization, alteration, use, reproduction, distribution or public communication of this content without the prior and expressed written permission of the respective owners of said rights, without prejudice to the right to see or obtain a secure private copy of such content, providing that this right is exercised according to the principles of good faith and providing that the intellectual and industrial property rights of the owner of such rights remain unaltered and that it is not used for commercial purposes and instead used exclusively for the personal information of Users.
