For this reason, and in accordance with the Article 14 of the Regulation EU 2016/679, related to protection of natural persons with respect to processing of personal data and free circulation of this data (hereinafter GDPR /General Data Protection Regulation/), as well as in the sectorial Code of Conduct of the ASEDIE Association (Multisectoral Data Association), whose member is INFOEMPRESA, we shall inform you on which way we gather, process and protect any personal data which you would (be willing to) provide us with.

Consequently, you need to read carefully this privacy policy which has been written in a clear and simple way so as to enable you to understand it and thus decide freely and voluntarily if you wish to provide your personal data to INFOEMPRESA.

    • Providing service: available for products acquired by user.
    • Managing monthly subscription plants selected by the User.
    • Managing the private area of the Users who proceed to registration.
    • Reception, management and responding to Users’ complaints via the means provided on the web site.
    • Sending commercial electronic messages, maintenance, support and update of the website, as well as of the contents or restricted users’ areas.
    • Resolution of possible technical incidents or of those of any other nature that may arise in relation to the web site.

5.- WHAT DATA WILL INFOEMPRESA PROCESS?

We will be processing the data that we will seek from you and, in any case, those indicated as mandatory for contracting the product selected by the User, such as among others:

Regarding NATURAL PERSONS RELATED TO BUSINESS ACTIVITIES AND EXECUTIVES:

  • Identification data such as first and last name, address, and telephone number linked to their business activity.

Regarding the INFOEMPRESA users who are registered on the platform and contract their products and services:

  • Identification data such as first and last name, address, telephone number, and email.
  • Data relating to personal characteristics: age, sex, nationality.
  • Bank details, credit card in case of purchase.
  • Regarding operations made through this payment method, only a telephone number.

Should the User wish to stop receiving commercial or promotional communications from INFOEMPRESA, he/she may request to unsubscribe from the service by sending an email to the following email address: privacy@infoempresa.com, as well as indicating his/her refusal to receive the same, through the box thus arranged in the form for collecting his/her data or indicating it by means of the unsubscribe option provided in each of the commercial communications sent.

6.- WHAT IS THE LEGITIMACY OF DATA PROCESSING?

The legitimization of data processing done by INFOEMPRESA is the following:

Regarding NATURAL PERSONS RELATED TO BUSINESS ACTIVITIES AND EXECUTIVES:

  • Legitimate interest in:

    • Managing and providing users with data related to natural persons linked to business activities and executives of national companies.
    • Writing anonymous statistical reports.

Regarding the INFOEMPRESA users who are registered on the platform and contract their products and services:

  • Execution of a contract for:

    • Any of the products contracted by users that is offered through the webpage and, where applicable, requests for and management of reimbursements, management of queries related to services, complaints and claims.
  • Legitimate interest in:

    • Sending commercial communications for marketing and informational purposes related to products and services which INFOEMPRESA offers to its clients.
  • User’s consent to:

    • Management of queries, requests for information, etc.

You may revoke your consent given to any of the dealings provided such consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing previously carried out.

7.- WHO WILL THE DATA BE SHARED WITH?

8.- FOR HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP USER’S DATA?

The data will be processed during the time interval necessary to accomplish the purposes they have been collected for, unless the User requests to withdraw from INFOEMPRESA, opposes or revokes his consent.

Subsequently, the personal data provided by the interested party so as to be formalized and managed the contracting of products through the website will be kept for 5 years, irrespective of the cause of termination cause thereof.

9.- RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER.

The User:

  • Guarantees that his/her age is over 18 and that the data provided to INFOEMPRESA is true, accurate, complete and up-to-date. For these purposes, the User is responsible for the truthfulness of all communicated data and will keep the provided information updated so as to reflect his/her real situation.

In case of data related to natural persons who carry out their activities in the business environment and to executives, they come from sources with general access to the public. Specifically, from newsletters and official boards published by different public administrations (BOE /Official Gazette/, newsletters of different autonomous communities and provinces etc.).

INFOEMPRESA will process the User’s data at all times in a strictly confidential manner and keeping the secret thereof, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, adopting the necessary technical-organizational measures to ensure the security of your data and to help avoid their alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of stored data and the risks they are exposed to.
