2.- INFORMATION AND CONSENT.
INFOEMPRESA is committed to respecting your privacy and ensuring the protection and security of your personal data. Therefore, in accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter GDPR), and the sector Code of Conduct of the ASEDIE Association of which INFOEMPRESA is a member, we inform you about the way in which we collect, process and protect the personal data you wish to provide us.
As a result, you should carefully read this privacy policy, which has been written in a clear and simple way to facilitate understanding, so that you can freely and voluntarily determine whether you wish to provide your personal data to INFOEMPRESA.
3.- OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA.
The data requested in the forms on the Website is, in general, mandatory (unless the required field specifies otherwise) in order to fulfil the established purposes; otherwise, it may result in the impossibility of providing the service to the user.
4.- FOR WHAT PURPOSE WILL THE COMPANY PROCESS THE USER'S PERSONAL DATA AND FOR HOW LONG?
The purposes for which the data is to be processed are categorised, according to their nature, within the following processing categories:

- Management of monthly subscription plans selected by the User.

5.- WHAT DATA WILL INFOEMPRESA PROCESS?
We will process the data we request from you and, in any case, those indicated as mandatory for contracting the product selected by the User, including:
Regarding NATURAL PERSONS RELATED TO BUSINESS ACTIVITIES AND DIRECTORS:
- Identifying data, such as name and surname, address, telephone number associated with their business activity.
Regarding INFOEMPRESA USERS who register on the platform and contract its products and services:
- Identifying data, such as name and surname, address, telephone number, email.
- Data relating to personal characteristics: age, gender, nationality.
- Banking data, credit card in the case of making a payment.
- Regarding transactions carried out through this payment method, only the phone number will be stored.
If the User provides data of third parties, they declare that they have the consent of those parties and undertake to transmit to the interested party, the owner of said data, the information contained in the Privacy Policy, exempting INFOEMPRESA from any liability in this regard. However, INFOEMPRESA may carry out the necessary verifications to confirm this fact, adopting the corresponding due diligence measures, in accordance with current data protection regulations.
6.- WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING?

Regarding INFOEMPRESA USERS who register on the platform and contract its products and services:
Performance of the contract for:
- The contracting by users of any of the products offered through the Website, as well as, where applicable, for requesting and managing refunds, managing service-related queries, complaints, claims.
Legitimate interest for:
- Sending commercial communications for marketing and informational purposes relating to products and services that INFOEMPRESA offers to its customers.
User consent for:

You may withdraw your consent to any of the processing activities, although this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

7.- WHO WILL YOUR DATA BE SHARED WITH?
The User's data may be communicated to:

- Public Administrations, in relation to their attributed competencies.
Additionally, data may be accessible by INFOEMPRESA's suppliers, such access being necessary for the proper fulfilment of legal obligations and/or the provision of services related to the purposes indicated above. These suppliers will not process your data for their own purposes that have not been previously informed by INFOEMPRESA.

8.- HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP THE USER'S DATA?
Data will be processed for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, unless the user requests cancellation from INFOEMPRESA, objects to processing or withdraws their consent.
Subsequently, personal data provided by the data subject for the formalisation and management of the contracting of products through the website will be retained for 5 years from the termination thereof, whatever the cause of termination.
9.- USER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
The User:
- Guarantees that they are over 18 years of age and that the data they provide to INFOEMPRESA is true, accurate, complete and up to date. To this end, the User is responsible for the accuracy of all data communicated and will keep the information provided conveniently updated, so that it reflects their real situation.
- Guarantees that they have informed any third parties whose data they provide, where applicable, of the aspects contained in this document. They also guarantee that they have obtained authorisation to provide their data to INFOEMPRESA for the stated purposes.
- Will be responsible for false or inaccurate information provided through the Website and for any direct or indirect damages this causes to INFOEMPRESA or third parties.

One of the purposes for which INFOEMPRESA processes personal data provided by Users is to send them electronic communications with information relating to products, services, promotions, offers or news relevant to Users. 11.- EXERCISE OF RIGHTS.

- Obtain confirmation as to whether INFOEMPRESA is processing personal data concerning the user or not.

Specifically from official bulletins and notice boards published by the different public administrations (Official State Gazette, regional and provincial bulletins, etc.).

INFOEMPRESA will process the User's data at all times in a completely confidential manner and keeping it secret, in accordance with the applicable regulations, adopting the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of your data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which it is exposed.
