Infoempresa.com provides information on more than 3 million Spanish companies and their administrators / directors. The information available online includes the identifying data of each company (company name, address, tax ID…), commercial information (corporate purpose, CNAE, SIC...), a summary of financial results (balance sheet and key figures), related executive positions (current and historical) and a breakdown of all relevant BORME (Official Gazette of the Spanish Commercial Registry) entries.

In addition, we offer more comprehensive business reports in various formats, depending on the level of specialisation required:

Yes. All business data comes from official sources such as the Spanish Commercial Registry, the Civil Registry or the Land Registry.

Enter the name of the company, the director or the tax ID/NIE number you wish to consult in our search field. We will show you the results corresponding to your search.

Our free monitoring tool allows you to track companies and/or directors, and receive real-time notifications whenever a relevant change occurs in their data: appointments and revocations, capital increases, publication of annual accounts, statutory amendments, etc.

This way you will always be up to date with what is happening and will make well-informed decisions.

Find the company or director profile you are interested in and click the "Monitor" button. From that moment on, you will receive all notifications automatically. And if you want to modify your alerts, access your User Area.

It is very simple: find the company or director you are interested in through the search engine and choose the report you want to purchase in the "Reports" tab.

As soon as you complete your purchase, we will send the acquired reports to the email address you have provided. In most cases this only takes a few minutes. If the volume of data to process is larger, it may take up to 48 hours.

All purchased reports are always available in your User Area (tab: My downloads and purchases).

You can pay with a Visa or MasterCard debit/credit card, through your PayPal account or using an Infoempresa voucher.

Yes. Our service uses a payment gateway that meets all security standards allowing the encryption and secure transmission of information through a secure communication channel (SSL).

It is a payment method that allows you to manage the purchase of reports more quickly and conveniently. You can buy one of our vouchers and later redeem it for the products of your choice. This way you avoid going through the payment process every time you make a purchase.

Although the email should arrive immediately, please wait 5 minutes in case of delivery delays. Make sure the email we sent you has not ended up in your spam folder. If it still has not appeared after 5 minutes, please contact us.

Check that the email address is correctly written and/or that the password is correct. You can recover your password by requesting it through the "Forgot my password" link. If you still cannot log in, please contact us.

All the data we show on Infoempresa.com comes from official sources. If you have found data that is out of date, the change may not yet have been published. If you wish, you can let us know about the change and we will be happy to update the information.

In order to verify the requested change, we need you to attach the following documentation to your request:

• A copy of the company's tax ID and a copy of the document justifying the requested changes:
• To change the CNAE code: form 036 showing the IAE activity code
• To change the corporate purpose: the deed of incorporation
• To change BORME data: the corresponding BORME entry

Please note that if the change has not previously been communicated to the relevant official body, we will not be able to process your request. In this case, we recommend that you notify the official body directly in order to proceed with the modification of the information.

If you have received this notification, it is because the files you requested are too large and your email provider does not allow us to deliver them to you. In this case, you should log in to your Infoempresa.com account and download all documents directly. Both the reports and the generated invoices are always available in your User Area.

Infoempresa.com extracts information from the Central Commercial Registry that has been duly published in the BORME. We do not modify this information in any way, so it is substantially reflected in the same way as it appears in the cited public access sources.

Occasionally, director names may be repeated and the same name may appear associated with several companies. This happens because neither we nor the Central Commercial Registry hold identity documents that would allow us to individually identify the natural persons holding a position in a company.

However, if you wish, you can request an informative note from the relevant Commercial Registry and send it to us at contacto@infoempresa.com, indicating the content of your request, so that we can proceed to modify the data and expressly identify you to distinguish you from other positions with the same name.
